Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers normal size, peaceful rooms with strong water flow and comfortable indoor facilities, but the value for money could be better. The service was very professional and polite, especially during peak breakfast times. The location is quite convenient with amazing surroundings, but check-in desks were limited. The dining options come with lots of choices, but the pricing may seem somewhat outrageous. Overall, the facilities are great, providing a pleasant stay.
The hotel provided a nice and comfortable room that was ready for check-in even before the official time. The spacious and clean room offered a lovely city view from the window, making it very cozy and inviting. The service was exceptional with very polite and kind staff, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location, by the river, was great for a relaxing time, with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience offered a good variety of Asian, continental, and bakery options. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor downsides.
I'm about to finish a 5-night stay at the Four Points Sheraton, Riverview, Singapore. The hotel's location is great, easily accessible, right on the riverside, and allows for a peaceful riverside patio experience. The dining offers a good mix of Asian and continental choices, but seating availability can be challenging for solo travelers. The rooms were not assigned until arrival, but they were clean and comfortable. The service was prompt and friendly, except for a few instances in the bistro area. Overall, an excellent value for money with many nearby restaurants by the river.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms had commanding views along the river all the way to the Marina Bay Hotel. They were clean, comfortable, surprisingly spacious for Singapore, and had everything needed to make our mini break enjoyable. The excellent customer service from all staff members enhanced our experience. However, the rooms were a little small, though nicely furnished and clean with good housekeeping service.
The hotel is ideally located with easy access to transportation options, though the promised bathtub in my room was missing. The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and lovely. The freebies provided were a nice touch, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Upon arrival at 11:45 am, the hotel was not exactly value for money. However, the room overlooked the river and was well-appointed, large, and clean. It was situated on the 8th floor with a beautiful city view.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, surprisingly spacious, and provided commanding views along the river all the way to Marina Bay Hotel. The service, though occasionally lacking concentration, was still courteous and attentive. The location was ideal, situated by the river, offering a pleasant walk along the river banks and close proximity to Clarke Quay and a variety of bars and restaurants. However, the dining experience, while adequate, had a few challenges with seating availability. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located in the Robertson Quay area, offering easy access to various attractions, especially river trips to the waterfront. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great advice on wedding arrangements. However, the hotel is not very close to MRT stations, and the check-in process could be quicker with only three desks available. The change to Sheraton in recent years has brought positive changes, offering a diverse food selection to cater to different preferences, from pastries to vegetarian options.
The hotel is in an excellent location near the river and has a strong service culture with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtful, especially with the inclusion of disabled-friendly amenities. The dining options are outstanding, although it can get crowded during busy times. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a wide range of amenities. Overall, a great place to stay in Singapore with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with complimentary drinking bottles and a soft, comfortable bed. The views along the river, all the way to Marina Bay, were breathtaking. The staff even surprised me with a happy birthday message, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, some encounters with the staff were not as friendly as expected.
The hotel offers very clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great shower, but the location is not as convenient compared to other similar hotels in Singapore. The service is known for being super friendly and efficient, with staff taking pride in their work. The dining options cater to various cultures and preferences, offering a good selection of both Western and Asian dishes but with limited vegetarian choices. The location is excellent, with a lovely riverfront setting perfect for a leisurely stroll.
The hotel didn't match the resort-like appearance I expected from the brochure, but the rooms were surprisingly comfortable. The service was a mix of efficient and gracious, with a few mix-ups in room service. The location was excellent for exploring the city's attractions, especially for holiday travelers. The dining experience offered a comprehensive spread but tended to cater more to Asian tastes than others.
